Warranty Terms

What the warranty on your purchase covers, how long it lasts, and how to make a claim. The warranty period for each item is stated on your quotation and invoice — that document takes precedence over this page.

Draft — not yet confirmed. 5 of 6 clauses below are placeholders awaiting sign-off, each marked “To be confirmed”. Until then the terms on your quotation and invoice are the ones that apply.

New hardware (to be confirmed)

New equipment carries the manufacturer's standard warranty, which varies by product and is stated on your quotation. Where the manufacturer operates the support contract directly — Dell ProSupport, HPE Foundation Care and similar — we register the entitlement to your organisation and you raise claims with the manufacturer. We will help you do so.

Refurbished hardware (to be confirmed)

Refurbished equipment is tested before dispatch and supplied with our own warranty of up to 12 months, with the exact term stated on your quotation. The warranty covers hardware failure under normal operating conditions and entitles you to a repair, a replacement of equivalent specification, or a refund, at our option.

What is not covered (to be confirmed)

Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid ingress, damage from power events where the equipment was not protected by an appropriate UPS, use outside the manufacturer's stated environmental limits, unauthorised repair or modification, consumable wear items, or software and firmware faults not attributable to the hardware.

Making a claim

Contact us with your invoice number, the serial number, and a description of the fault. We diagnose remotely first where possible, since many reported failures resolve at firmware or configuration level. If replacement is needed we issue an RMA reference and arrange collection. Questions on any of the above: call +91-9755010858 or email [email protected].

Your data (to be confirmed)

Erase or otherwise secure any data on a device before returning it. We cannot guarantee the preservation of data on returned equipment, and drives may be wiped or destroyed as part of the repair process. Keep your own backups.

Limits (to be confirmed)

Our liability under this warranty is limited to the value of the equipment supplied. We are not liable for consequential loss, including downtime, lost revenue or lost data.

These terms apply to purchases from Interseller, operated by QuantaRock Systems Private Limited, 444, Shyam Nagar(main), Sukhliya Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India - 452010.
