How orders placed through Interseller are dispatched, what it costs, and how long it takes. Delivery terms are confirmed in writing on your quotation before any order is processed.

We ship across India. Orders are dispatched from our Indore facility unless the item is drop-shipped directly by the manufacturer or distributor, which we will tell you at quotation stage.
Stocked items are typically dispatched within 2–3 working days of payment confirmation. Configured servers, storage arrays and items sourced to order generally take 7–15 working days depending on the configuration and the manufacturer's own lead time. The lead time for your specific order is stated on the quotation.
Freight is quoted per order and depends on weight, volume and destination. Rack cabinets, UPS systems and battery banks ship as heavy freight and are quoted separately. Charges appear as a distinct line on your quotation — they are never added after the fact.
Standard delivery is to the ground-floor loading point at your address. Delivery into a comms room, rack elevation, or on-site installation is available as a separate service — ask your account contact to include it on the quotation.
Inspect the packaging before signing the carrier's proof of delivery. If a carton is visibly damaged, note it on the delivery note and photograph it before opening. Report any shortage or visible transit damage within 48 hours of delivery so we can raise it with the carrier while the claim window is open.
Risk passes to you on delivery. Title passes on receipt of payment in full.
